New pages

• Command Center — the AI task console: quick actions, the task feed and its statuses, task detail, approvals, workflows, and the client onboarding overlay.
• Glossary — canonical definitions for the terms used across Kraal and these docs.
• This What's New page.

Naming and navigation

• The assistant is now called ChatIQ everywhere in these docs — one spelling, one page.
• ChatIQ moved to its own address. It previously lived at the Command Center URL, which now hosts the Command Center page. The ChatIQ training page moved for the same reason; the old links redirect.

Getting started

• Getting Started now introduces the sample workspace — where enabled for your organization, explore Kraal on synthetic data before touching real books.

Automated close

• Errors & Risk Review now documents where to find it in the app: the per-period review page from the checklist step, and Close overview from the workspace sidebar.
• Kraal Sweeps documents the between-close detection passes that surface accrual candidates and risk findings before the month-end checklist.

ChatIQ & AI

• The Training Guide was rewritten for the current app: Daily Board, Work List, Kraal Assistant, ChatIQ, and Daily Workflow.
• ChatIQ workspace reflects the current quick picks, client-context controls, and the split between ChatIQ and the Command Center.
• AI Features & Skills and Autonomy & Safety document verified AI capabilities, autonomy tiers, and guardrails.

Transactions & accounting

• Where Your Documents Go and What Gets Created in ERPNext document source routing and the ERPNext contract.
• Upload & Review covers multi-entity upload rules and the current Transaction Processor statuses.
• Budgets was rewritten around the Finance Budget page.

Workspace & integrations

• External Client Portal updated for the mobile-first checklist redesign.
• QuickBooks Parallel Work updated with current readiness vocabulary and identity & numbering rules.
• Keyboard Shortcuts verified against the current app.
