Work Queue
The Work Queue shows all active work across your portfolio in a single prioritized table. Use it when you need the full picture of what's pending, or when you want to filter by risk level or status.
What You See
Queue Posture
At the top, the Queue Posture card tells you:
- How many critical items need immediate attention
- How many items are awaiting your review
- The current auto-run rate — what percentage of items Kraal handled automatically
Review Packets
Below the posture card, you may see Autonomy Review Packets — these are items where Kraal has gathered evidence and prepared a recommendation for your review.
Each packet shows:
- The issue — what was detected
- Evidence badges — what supporting information Kraal collected
- Action buttons — Approve, Request Changes, or Open Evidence
TIP
Review packets represent Kraal's highest-confidence recommendations. The evidence has been gathered and organized for you — review it and approve or reject.
The Task Table
The main table shows all work items with these columns:
| Column | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Client Entity | Which client this item belongs to, plus a brief description |
| Signals | Whether any advisory signals are associated with this item |
| Urgency | Critical, Elevated, or Standard — how urgently this needs attention |
| Task Type | The category of work (Dispatch for automated, Approval for items needing sign-off) |
| Risk Level | The assessed risk of this item |
| AI Confidence | Whether Kraal's automation has scored this item |
| Actions | Button to open the item and take action |
Filter Tabs
Use the tabs above the table to focus:
| Tab | Shows |

| High Risk | Only items assessed as high risk |
| Entity Blocks | Items where an entity-level issue is preventing progress |
| Approvals | Items waiting for your approval |
