General Ledger

The General Ledger report lists the journal lines for the period you select. In the accounting sidebar, open Reports and choose General Ledger. You can also open Standard Reports and choose General Ledger there.

Two choices sit with the report. Both start off.

• Show opening entries includes the opening lines for the period.
• Show cancelled entries includes lines that were cancelled.

Leave both off for the ordinary ledger. Turn one on only when you need those lines in the same report. A shared link or a reload keeps the choices you turned on.

You can filter the report to one account. If Kraal cannot apply that filter, the page says so and tells you the rows are not the filtered report. That same sentence is included when you export the report, and when you choose Analyze with AI.
