How Kraal uses AI models
Kraal uses third-party model providers to power AI-assisted product features. Those features include in-app help, document extraction, and other accounting assistance in the workspace.
The providers receive the prompts and files needed to run the feature you asked for. Those prompts and files may include the accounting context the user or workflow attached — for example, the question asked and relevant bookkeeping context.
