Dispatch Mobile App Setup

Dispatch can be added to your phone home screen so you can open urgent accounting alerts, approvals, and follow-ups quickly when you are away from your desktop.

From Overwatch

When you use Overwatch on desktop, Kraal may show a Dispatch mobile setup prompt with a QR code after client work exists in your workspace. The prompt is not required to use Kraal.

1. Scan the QR code with your phone.
2. Open Dispatch in your mobile browser.
3. Add Dispatch to your phone home screen.
4. Return to Overwatch and choose I added it on my phone.

If you do not want to set it up now, choose Remind me later. If mobile Dispatch is not part of your workflow, choose Don't ask again. You can still install Dispatch later from your phone browser.

iPhone and iPad

Use Safari for the most reliable install flow.

1. Open Dispatch on your device.
2. Tap the Share button.
3. Choose Add to Home Screen.
4. Confirm the name and tap Add.

Android

Use Chrome or another browser that supports installing web apps.

1. Open Dispatch on your device.
2. Open the browser menu.
3. Choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
4. Confirm the install.

If You Dismissed the Prompt

You can still install Dispatch later by opening Dispatch on your phone and using your browser's add-to-home-screen option. The desktop prompt only controls reminders in that browser; it does not remove your access to Dispatch.
