Keyboard Shortcuts

Kraal supports keyboard shortcuts in key workspaces so you can work faster without reaching for the mouse.

Find anything

Shortcut	Action
Cmd/Ctrl + K	Open Find — search clients, accounting records, and work items from any workspace

Task review (approvals)

When an approval is active in the review pane:

Shortcut	Action
1	Approve the active task
2	Approve with a comment
3	Reject the active task
Arrow Up / Down	Cycle between approve, comment, and reject
Enter	Submit the highlighted action
Escape	Close a dropdown or dismiss a panel

Chat (ChatIQ and Ask Kraal)

Shortcut	Action
Enter	Send your message
Shift + Enter	Insert a new line without sending

The Kraal panel

Shortcut	Action
Escape	Step down from full screen to the drawer, then close the panel

Tables and grids

Shortcut	Action
/	Open the filter on report tables
Cmd/Ctrl + C / V / X	Copy, paste, and cut in spreadsheet-style grids
Cmd/Ctrl + Z / Y	Undo and redo in spreadsheet-style grids
Cmd/Ctrl + A	Select all in spreadsheet-style grids

Navigation

Standard browser shortcuts apply everywhere in Kraal:

Alt + Left Arrow	Go back
Alt + Right Arrow	Go forward
