How Kraal earns autonomy

Kraal does the routine work on its own, within the rules your firm sets. Each client is on Max or Assisted. You choose the setting, and you can change it.

New kinds of work start with your approval. Once Kraal has proven a kind of work, it can become automatic for clients on Max. Until then, that kind of work waits for someone at your firm.

Assisted clients always approve first. Kraal still prepares the work. Posting, and contact with the client, wait until a person approves.

Pause stops everything instantly. You can pause one client or the whole firm. New automatic work stops at once.

Every action leaves a receipt: who, what and why. You can look back at what Kraal did, and why it was allowed.

Anything that changes posted history, moves money, or contacts someone outside the firm needs the rules or a person.

Set Max, Assisted, and Pause from Firm Settings → Autonomy controls, or on the client's What Kraal may do on its own page.
