How It Works with ERPNext
Inventory data syncs with your ERPNext instance. Items, warehouses, stock levels, and orders flow between Kraal and ERPNext so your accounting records stay in sync with physical inventory.
Changes you make in the Inventory Workspace — such as creating items, submitting stock entries, or completing orders — are reflected in your linked ERPNext site. Likewise, updates made directly in ERPNext will appear in Kraal after the next sync cycle.
Quick Start
- Confirm your warehouses — Go to Warehouses and verify your locations are set up.
- Review your items — Open Items to browse your product catalog. Add any missing items.
- Check stock levels — Use Stock Balance to see current quantities on hand.
- Process orders — Create purchase or sales orders as needed.
